Nonfat yogurt is the best choice because it is not only packed with protein, but also has calcium for your bones and teeth, probiotics for healthy digestion, and is lower in calories than full fat yogurts with no added sugars. A tablespoon of honey will provide a healthy sweetness to this dish!
