This greek yogurt bowl is a deliciously nutritious and protein-packed meal for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack. The blueberries and honey should be organic if you can find them. Organic products have no toxic pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or GMOs.

Nonfat yogurt is the best choice because it is not only packed with protein, but also has calcium for your bones and teeth, probiotics for healthy digestion, and is lower in calories than full fat yogurts with no added sugars. A tablespoon of honey will provide a healthy sweetness to this dish!

Non-fat greek yogurtorganic honeyGranola

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek Non-Fat Plain Yogurt (Chobani Greek Yogurt Non-fat)

  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Honey (Nate's Organic Honey)

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (Organic)

  • 1/4 cup Granola (Paleonola Granola)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy!
